No Refund on Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products , we do not offer refunds on custom made items. Each product is created specially for you , ensuring it meets your specifications and our high- quality standards.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged ,please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at musiq1972@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of damage and the packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Lost Packages
Once your Package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or delayed items. If your package is lost , we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping company using the tracking information provided. We are happy to assist you in starting a claim with the carrier if needed.
